This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 15 articles and two Annexes, establishes: (a) detailed veterinary requirements for imports of equine animals; (b) requirements for health certificates of equine animals being imported; (c) veterinary requirements for transport of equine animals; (d) issue and content of health certificates for the transport of equines and related forms; (e) collection of information on health conditions of registered equin
