Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 23 articles, establishes: veterinary requirements which should be fulfilled during production and by products of animal origin intended for direct sale; amount, scope and area of this production; veterinary requirements for places of direct sale. Products of animal origin can be sold directly on the territory of the province where they were produced or on the territories of neighbouring provinces. Art. 4 specifies conditions which should be fulfilled by rooms where products of animal origin intended for direct sale are produced or sold.
