Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, lays down veterinary requirements for the production of dairy products specified in art. 1 in plants located in regions of particular geographical limitations. Such regions are defined as areas of unfavorable economic conditions of mountain type and of specific handicaps, specified according to provisions on supporting development of rural areas. In particular, this Regulation establishes exemptions from the Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs, applied to these products.
