Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for activities concerning the charged transport of animals or transport of animals in relation to other economic activities. Means of transport used in such cases must be accepted by official veterinarians, pursuant to provisions on animal protection. The Regulation sets forth conditions for such means of transport as well as required equipment and documentation.
