The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, lays down detailed veterinary requirements for: (a) activities concerning the production, conservation, processing, storage, marketing or use of cattle embryos; (b) transport of cattle embryos; (c) health certificates of cattle semen and issue procedures. Annex 1 sets forth specific requirements applicable to embryos production centres. Annex 2 specifies veterinary requirements for the processing, storage and transport of embryos destined to be placed on the market.
