Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, lays down detailed veterinary requirements for: (a) activities concerning the production, conservation, processing, storage, marketing or use of cattle embryos; (b) transport of cattle embryos; (c) health certificates of cattle semen and issue procedures. Annex 1 sets forth specific requirements applicable to embryos production centres. Annex 2 specifies veterinary requirements for the processing, storage and transport of embryos destined to be placed on the market.
