The Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of establishment and work permits of veterinary diagnosis and analysis laboratories and defines the technical and hygiene principles of these laboratories. The Regulation further defines the required qualities of the staff and covers provisions on parts and or divisions of these laboratories and on responsibilities and obligations of the owners and managers of laboratories.
