Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to respect the provisions regarding the plant health and plant protection from harmful organisms on territory of the Croatian Republic, prescribes a complete list of foreign countries or their specific areas from which the import is allowed due to a non presence of specified plant diseases.
