This Regulation entered into force on 9 March 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles, lays down requirements for unloading fish species resources of which require particular protection or special particular supervision. Such fish species can be unloaded in a centre of first sale sine Monday until Saturday sine 7am until 11pm. Art. 1 point 2 specifies conditions for unloading such fish species any time.
