Abstract The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Environment is to protect the environment from pollution generated by certain types of installations. This Regulation establishes types of installations, emission from which does not require permission but their operation requires notification to environmental protection authority. These provisions apply to emission of electromagnetic field and emission of gases or dust into the air.
