Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 8 that will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for transitional measures for certain animal by-products not intended for human consumption and used for: a) the leather obtained from animals that were treated with prohibited substances; b) rendered fats derived from Category 1 materials; c) intestines of ruminants (with or without content); d) bones and bone products containing vertebral column and skull and horns of cattle removed from the head using a method that leaves intact the cranial cavity.
