This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the conditions which must be met when plants (plant products and other objects originating from outside the protected areas, established for specified plants, plant products and other objects, in order to take into account the harmful organisms, for which the protected area was declared) are moved, transfered or transported.
