Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 15 articles and ten Annexes, establishes: (1) organizational and technical conditions of training concerning plant protection products; (2) qualifications of persons conducting individual types of training concerning plant protection products; (3) programs of individual types of training; (4) maximal number of participants of the training; (5) the way of keeping documentation on training; (6) scope of data provided to provincial inspector of plant protection and seed; (7) the form of certificate on training. Annex 1 and 2 specify program of training concerning integrated production of plants, Annex 3 – advisory concerning plant protection products, Annex 4 – applying plant protection products with overground equipment, Annex 5 - applying plant protection products with the use of flight equipment, Annex 6 - applying plant protection products with the use of fumigation. Annex 10 specifies the form of certificate of the training.
