Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes detailed requirements for organizational units conducting training concerning marketing, conditioning and using of plant protection products. The Regulation establishes also: the programme of training concerning marketing of plant protection products (specified in Annex 1); the programme of training concerning the use of plant protection products with sprayers (Annex 2); the programme of training concerning the use of plant protection products with air equipment (Annex 3); the programme of training concerning the use of plant protection products with fumigation (Annex 4); the form of training certificate (Annex 5).
