Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Marine Fisheries Act, and further for implementing the rules contained in the Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 of 17 December 1999 on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, here determines the classification lists as regards the trade names of fish and other fishing organisms in circulation on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Slovenian and scientific names of fish and other fishing organisms are listed in Annex 1 which is part of this publication. The scientific and Slovenian names of fish and other fishing organisms are listed in Annex 2.
