Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the types of waste resulting from the production process of titanium dioxide; manners and procedures of titanium dioxide waste management; on-site monitoring measures; record keeping and reporting obligations. Participants in the titanium dioxides waste management system are: Cantonal Ministries for Environmental Protection; manufacturer and owner of titanium dioxide waste; entities authorized and engaged in such particular waste management; Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
