This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the competent authority and sets the related tasks for the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. No 1737/2006 of 7 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) (EC) No 2152/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on forestry and environmental interaction in the Community, in respect of damage monitoring of forest ecosystems, collecting data, content and keeping of the related Register.
