Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development sets forth rules governing the labelling of fruits and vegetables not intended for sale. Such marking means placing information indicating that fruits and vegetables are not intended for marketing or direct consumption in a visible place on the packaging or in their immediate vicinity in case of unwrapped fruit and vegetables. Such fruits and vegetables should be permanently deprivated of their commercial quality consisting in: fragmentation, crushing, repeated pouring, the use of chemicals that permanently stain or change the odor to harmless for human and animal health.
