Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Agriculture lays down, in accordance with Directive 98/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels and amending Council Directive 93/12/EEC, lays down the type of authorization and other technical conditions of carrying out the monitoring and reporting on properties of biofuels. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Monitoring contractor (Sec. 2); Scope of the verification of sustainability criteria for biofuels (Sec. 3); Reporting on monitoring contractors (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
