Abstract

This Regulation of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes the cases in which the use of forest propagation materials out of the region of origin is allowed for purposes of afforestation. These are the circumstances under which the use is permitted: the propagation material is not available in the region where the use is planned; the material comes from an area up to 10 km from the region where it must be used. Annex 1 specifies the regions where it is allowed to use forest propagation materials originating in a different region.
