Abstract

This Regulation has been enacted for the purpose of effective prophylaxis, timely control and elimination of public health emergencies, and safeguarding the physical health and life security of the general public, and to maintain the normal social order. The Text consists of 54 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Prevention of, and Preparation for Response to Emergencies (II); Reporting and Information Release (III); Emergency Handling (IV); Legal Responsibilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
