Abstract This Regulation determines the unique visual identity for the purpose of promoting nature protection and the system of interpretation and signaling of protected areas in the Republic of Croatia, as well as standards for their use. The purpose of prescribing such unique visual identity is to achieve general recognition of the nature protection system. Nature protection signs on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, signs of public institutions for the management of national parks and nature parks, signs of public institutions for the management of other protected areas, marking of hiking trails in protected areas are all topics covered by this text.
