Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Mining Law, determines the structure and methods for management of the Unified Information System of Mineral Resources, the structure and method of managing the Collection of Documents of Exploration Areas of Mineral Resources, the structure and method of management of the Collection of Documents of Exploitation Fields of Mineral Resources, the structure and method of management of the Collection of Studies on Mineral Resources Reserves, and the organization and management of way of managing the Collection of mining projects. The Ministry responsible for mining (except for hydrocarbons and geothermal waters for energy purposes) is in charge of maintenance and handling of these thematic databases.
