Abstract This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of the Turkey Earthquake Data Center System under the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency. The main objective of the Turkey Earthquake Data Center System is to collect data regarding online and offline earthquake assessments and to create a data repository in compliance with international standards. This Regulation sets forth provisions on coordination among state institutions and organizations, local institutions, universities and research centers that conducts monitoring, evaluating and reporting of the earthquake activity that occur in Turkey and its near vicinity, as well as duties and responsibilities of the Turkey Earthquake Data Center System under the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency.
