Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of nine articles, lays down provisions concerning radiation sources with significant activity. In particular, this Regulation establishes contents of applications and conditions for issuing licenses for import or export of nuclear or radioactive material from countries of the European Union, or the removal of nuclear material to the EU member countries, and permit for the transit of nuclear substances and radiation sources with significant activity. This Regulation lays down also the way of notifying competent ministries and authorities of other countries on shipments and other conditions relating to nuclear and radiation safety.
