This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides: full standards and requirements for the procedure necessary for the issuing of permits for the amount, entry, export or import and introduction from the sea of wild species; methods for marking of the live animals shipments, the manner of monitoring and records keeping, and the terms for trade and farming.
