Abstract This Regulation prescribes model forms to be filled in by veterinarians regarding the ambulatory registers, vaccination certificates, artificial insemination data, epizootic registers and other data important for animal health protection. All veterinary institutions, once every three months, are obliged to supply data regarding animal health to the Veterinary Chamber.
