This Regulation enters into force on 27 January 2000.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the contents and framework of registers containing data on commercial fishing. The text contains model forms to be filled in daily by the licence holder regarding quota, fishing gear, equipment, fishing effort, etc. All fishermen, once a month, are obliged to supply data to the competent authority. The supervision of this Regulation lies with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
