Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agriculture Act, here specifies the types of information that the manufacturer must provide in its internal documents, from which the specification of the individual agricultural product or foodstuff can be seen, among issues and terms regarding the storage of such data. The product specification must contain in particular the following information: registration numbers; release dates; group or category into which the product is classified; date of start of production or processing; general description of the technological process and, in the case of foodstuffs, also the type and quantity of essential and raw ingredients that were used; indication of the method of internal control of the production of a particular agricultural product or food; storage and transport conditions, which ensure the preservation of specific properties of agricultural products or foodstuffs during the specified shelf life; name and signature of the person responsible for its production. These product specifications shall be kept by the manufacturer during production and for at least five years after production has ceased.
