Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will fully apply after six months from the date of its entry into force.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions and procedures for the official recognition of specific character of foodstuffs, also obtain to indicate the label "traditional reputation", also including the contents of the food product specifications, contents of the Register of food products bearing the label "traditional reputation", and system of verification of compliance over the conditions to be met by legal entities carrying out conformity assessment procedures and methods of control related to the label "traditional".
