Abstract This Regulation sets out the requirements for the waste treatment facility sites. The Regulation is divided into 4 Chapters, Additional Provisions and Conclusion Provisions. Chapter 1 deals with the general requirements. Chapter 2 sets the rules and the conditions for determination of the sites. Chapter 3 sets the rules and requirements to the construction of facilities for waste treatment within the sites. Chapter 4 sets the specific geological, hydrological and other conditions on which the sites should correspond. This Chapter is divided into 2 sections. Section deals with the geological, engineer-geological and hydrogeological studies required; Section 2 deals with the hydrological conditions and studies required.
