Abstract This Regulation lays down the requirements of animal health and public health for the traffic between the Croatian and European Union Member States and imports into the Community of products of animal origin, including commercial samples of these products, which do not apply the relevant requirements laid down in Annex A of chapter I of the Ordinance concerning veterinary checks in trade with EU Member States with the aim of creating a single market (Official Gazette 139/08), and in relation to pathogenic organisms by the Ordinance on veterinary and zootechnical checks of certain animals and products marketed in the states European Union (Official Gazette 147/08).
