This Regulation entered into force on 20 September 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) requirements for the approval and the approval process of basic forest material in the categories source-identified and selected; (2) the form of application to initiate the approval process, (3) the form and content of evaluation sheets; (4) detailed contents, form and method of publication of the list of approved basic material. This Regulation is composed of 11 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions of approval (Sec. 2); The approval process (Sec. 3); The list of approved basic material (Sec. 4); Final provision (Sec. 4).
