Abstract This Regulation of the Mnister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down the required scope of spatial development plans for internal maritime waters, territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone, specifying, in particular, planning materials, type of cartographic studies, scale of cartographic studies, used signs, naming, standards and documentation of planning work, according to guidelines adopted by the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission and European Union in the field of maritime spatial planning.
