This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation orders the mandatory removal of all animals part of the species of Alectoris rufa-fritillary partridges, from the Croatian islands in order to protect the ecosystems and the local biodiversity and to prevent the further spread of this specie on the territory of the Croatian islands.
