Abstract This Regulation defines administrative, legal and technical principles on the rehabilitation and rearrangement of degradated lands. The Regulation also specifies principles and procedures on the management of wastes in the degradated areas due to mining activities. The Regulation finally covers provisions on the procedures and steps of an action plan for the rehabilitation and rearrangement of the degradated and polluted lands.
