Abstract This Regulation establishes the complete list of Croatian fishing vessels that meet the criteria for the entry into ICCAT Charter Register, and that are authorized to conduct activities related to the commercial tuna fishing with tuna fishing gear. This text also sets the individual catch quotas for tuna catch (related to the year 2019). Point III of this text determines the time frame for the performance of the above mentioned sea fishing activities.
