This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the basic quality requirements and standards to be met by fresh or chilled tomatoes intended for marketing in the fresh state, and other provisions related to the classification, categorization and sensory properties, the terms of packaging, presentation and labelling or marking.
