Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Montenegrin Law on agriculture and rural development, prescribes the minimum quality (including chemical composition and other indications) of refreshing soft drinks and sets the conditions for their placing on the market. Rules, aimed for producers, and listed in this text are related to the protection of food safety and are meant for all stages of production of such edible food products. Article 5 defines the classification of possible types of commercial names of such food products.
