This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the necessary requirements in terms of minimum quality of raw milk during the purchase process/phase, as well as the other methods of evaluation over the effective quality of raw milk after its accurate sampling (cow's raw milk; sheep's raw milk; goat's milk; raw milk of other domestic animals such as casks, donuts, buffalos).
