The Regulation, which consists of 20 articles, divided into 5 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Specifications of Permitted Fertilizers (II); Production and Importation of Chemical Fertilizers and Production of Organic Fertilizers (III); Exportation of Chemical and Organic Fertilizers (IV); Final and Miscellaneous Provisions (V). The Regulation provides list of permissible fertilizers to be used in agricultural sector. The Food Quality Control Department is responsible to publish the list of fertilizers which are allowed to be produced, imported and exported each year. This list should be accessible for related sectors and public. Production of chemical fertilizers only is permissible by approval of the Food Quality Control Department.
