This Regulation enters into force on 17 July 2013.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down provisions concerning integrated production of plants. Art. 2 specifies qualifications of persons controlling requirements of integrated production of plants. Art. 3 establishes the form of certificate confirming the use of integrated production of plants. The form of certificate is specified in the Annex.
