This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the conditions and procedure aimed at promoting and encouraging the general national electricity production from renewable energy sources and/or deriving from high-efficiency cogeneration sites, facilities or plants, based on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
