Abstract This Regulation provides for the official Montenegrin programme of phytosanitary measures (for the year 2011) including various measures aimed to ensure the correct performance of public affairs regarding the plant health and plant protection measures in the area of safety of food of plant origin, including laboratory tests, and the manner of performance of these jobs (concrete action plan for the use of resources and conditions for the implementation of measures established by valid Laws).
