This Regulation entered into force on 8 January 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, lays down the program of fighting against rabies on the territory of Poland. This program is contained in the Annex and provides: Identification of the program of fighting against rabies (Sec. 1); Historical data on the epizootic situation concerning rabies (Sec. 2); Description of the program (Sec. 3); Measures provided in the program (Sec. 4); Benefits resulting from the program (Sec. 5); Epidemiological data on the spread of the disease in the last five years (Sec. 6); Assumptions of the program (Sec. 7); Estimated analysis of costs of the program (Sec. 8).
