Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the program for the monitoring and eradication of the Aujeszky’s disease from pig herds. The program will be implemented in years 2018-2020. It’s purpose is to free the territory of the Republic of Poland from Aujeszky’s disease. The program is specified in the Annex and contains: Historical data on the evolution of the Aujeszky’s disease (Sec. 1); Description of the eradication and monitoring of Aujeszky’s disease (Sec. 2); Measures provided in the program (Sec. 3); Results of programs for the eradication and monitoring of Aujeszky’s disease in years 2006-2013 (Sec. 4); Analysis of the estimated costs and the anticipated benefits resulting from the implementation of the program (Sec. 5).
