This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation declares and lists wild species of plants, animals and fungi in order to preserve biological their diversity, natural gene pool, including those species that have special significance from ecological, ecosystem, biogeographical, scientific, health, economic and other aspects for the Republic of Serbia, which are classified as strictly protected wild species or protected wild species. This text also determines the measures for the protection of protected species and their habitats.
