Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 16 articles and three Annexes, establishes conditions of processing of waste biomass into solid fuel which can be used without restriction in the combustion plants and industrial furnaces, and conditions of processing of hazardous waste into solid fuel, before they are used as fuel or put into circulation for use as fuel for co-incineration plants. This Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Processing of waste biomass into solid fuel (Sec. 2); Processing of other non-hazardous waste into solid fuel (Sec. 3); Obligations on the recovery of waste (Sec. 4); Control (Sec. 5); Penalty provisions (Sec. 6); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 7).
