Abstract

This Regulation, based on provisions of the Croatian Law on forests, prescribes the procedure, manner of exercising the right and manner of using compensation funds for the use of public forest functions, as for the purpose of implementation of forestry works referred to in article 68 of the Law. The total annual funds collected by the compensation funds for the use of public forest functions shall be allocated for use to forest owners in proportion to the share in the area of forests and forest land of the Republic of Croatia which they manage, in accordance with related forest management plans. The Annex is also part of this publication (full set of indicated forestry sheets).
