Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on livestock (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the procedure for classification and marking of sheep and lamb carcasses and half-carcases (also for slaughterhouses), the manner and procedure of their processing, determining the weight of sheep and lamb carcases and half-carcases, categorization, classes and degrees of adipose tissue coverage, their marking with the prescribed stamp, conditions for authorized persons which carry out the procedure of sorting and marking sheep and lamb carcasses, necessary controls over the performance of these jobs, and issues on sorting and marking of imported sheep and lamb carcasses.
