Abstract This Regulation provides all necessary standards, official procedures and prescribed requirements for the prevention of damage from strictly protected wild animal species, the application of allowed actions, technical procedures, and other additional measures created in order to prevent the damage, with a regard to the registration, identification, assessment and decision on damages, reduction of number of animals that can make the damage, and keeping official records of the cases for compensation or similar.
